During the Cacao Ceremony, we'll savor the rich flavors of ceremonial-grade cacao, which has been prepared by Maryzelle’s grandmother and herself in El Salvador. From seed to cup, she brings the lineage of cacao directly into the palms of our hands. Cacao is known for its heart-opening properties, as it’s been used for centuries to connect deeper with the Heart, Elevate Mood, & Improve blood flow. As we activate the heart with this Ancestral Medicine, our connections deepen, hearts open, and spirits lift. Preparing us for a healing evening of Dance.
