Join Yael and Maryzelle for a journey into the realms of harmony and  connection. This unique day refuge will invite you to connect to  yourself, in body, in spirit, and in community. Awaken Alchemy is for  participants to invite a deeper sense of clarity, connection, awareness  and harmony within their mind, energy and body.

We  create this through intention, practice, creative activation, and  receiving our natural wisdom. Through a blend of Kundalini Yoga,  ceremonial cacao, relating with self + other, movement medicine, and  sound healing, we invite you to explore the depths of your being and  discover new layers of awareness, joy, and fullness within.

Kundalini Yoga ꩜

Be  guided through a clarifying and invigorating experience. Kundalini yoga  is a dynamic practice that combines kriya (yoga combination), pranayam  (breath technique), mantra and meditation to awaken the creative energy  within. Yael will guide us through a practice to connect with our  bodies, tap into our vital energy and expand our consciousness.

Authentic Relating + Journal Exercise ꩜

Lets  get writing! Journal prompts to support alignment with our higher-self  will be the focus. Followed by (optional) sharing in small groups to  foster connection and clarity.

Cacao Ceremony ꩜

Enter  a sacred space with Mayan ceremonial-grade cacao, known for its  heart-opening and healing properties. Maryzelle will guide us through a  song and ceremony. Savor the rich flavors of this plant medicine as it  facilitates a deeper connection with your heart space.

Movement Medicine (Open Dance) ꩜

Allowing  the spirit of cacao to activate, we will dance and move our bodies  freely. Let go of constriction and injoy your flow.Feel the rhythms of  soulful house grooves and smooth rhythms. Celebrate yourself and tap  into your natural movement. Allow yourself to release tension, open  creativity, and connect with the joy of movement as a form of  self-expression.

Crystal Bowl + Gong Sound Healing ꩜

The  sound bath will include frequencies from a heart & chakra attuned  sound bowls with a 7 tuned crystal quartz bowl set. Including 2 gongs,  drums and chimes. Harmonize your energy through receiving this  nourishing sound healing.

This event is open to anyone  seeking to deepen their spiritual practice, explore holistic healing  modalities, and cultivate meaningful connection with a community.
