Join us for a deeply activating evening of Tantric Breathwork and Sound Healing. We begin with a transformative breathwork journey led by Mahendra Ananda Briksha - from the Himalayas in Nepal. This practice opens and energizes the body, liberating tension and awakening the life force within. Through guided breath, movement, and awareness, we access the sacred union of Shiva and Shakti—masculine and feminine energies—bringing us into a state of inner harmony, spaciousness, and peace.
