Candlelit Chakra-Aligning Soundbath

Align, Balance, Revive, and Restore the body with an evening of relaxation and detoxification through sound healing & aligning vibrations in a dimmed cozy candlelit sanctuary.

We will do some short breathing exercises together and then prepare to get cozy and receive sound medicine through crystal quartz healing bowls, tibetan bowls, and gongs. To add even more ease and relaxation into the nervous system, we will be doing all of this in a dimmed candlelit setting.

Sound Baths are known to promote overall health in the physical, emotional, mental, spiritiual, and energetic body. With relaxing the entire nervous system through calming and scientifically tuned crystal quartz bowls, the attendee will find themselves in a tranced and restorative state.
