🍄 Church of Qi - Microdose Healing Ceremony 🍄

We begin with an all-levels Qigong practice to breathe, stretch and flow into harmonious alignment. Qigong is meditative medicine in motion, allowing us to access the innate healing abilities of the body, open our meridian channels and activate our energetic fields.

From this deeply relaxed, revitalized and centered place we will lay down and receive a blissful sound healing bath of singing bowls, sacred song and vibrational medicine. Acupuncture needles and Energy Work will be offered to all who wish to receive. In this space we may profoundly unwind, creating space for body and mind to heal and feel balanced, nourished and aligned.

Please bring a water bottle and anything you need to set up a comfortable nest for yourself to lie down on the floor, such as yoga mat, blankets, bolsters, pillows, etc.
