We’ll gather in ritual with heart opening cacao carried through my lineage from my grandmother in El Salvador and my initiation in the pies descalzos barefoot curanderismo tradition with Abuela Chicahuaxochitl, awakening clarity, softness, and connection within. From there, you’ll be guided through a visioning meditation to align with what is ready to bloom in your life, followed by an immersive soundbath with gongs, crystal singing bowls, medicine drum, chimes, and voice, vibrations that calm the nervous system, open the heart, and leave you grounded, expanded, and renewed for the season ahead.
